3.2 Pricing

All prices are in USD. We occasionally make pricing errors – if we discover an error in your order’s price, we will contact you before processing.

3.4 Shipping

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: for orders $50+ via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

4.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for eligible items (see Section 2.3 for non-returnable items). To initiate a return:

3. Ship items back in original packaging when possible

4.2 Refunds

• We ship replacements immediately upon return authorization
• Free return shipping for the original item
